I once visited Quebec City in February, which was colder than I could imagine.
I don’t think I’ve ever felt colder than when I had to climb out of my clothes and into a sleeping bag at the Ice Hotel (the whole place is made of ice and the temperature in the rooms is about the same as a freezer).
